Professional installation services are provided by trained technicians and are subject to scheduling availability. Installation appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

Rental Terms and Conditions

Rental products must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. You are responsible for any damage to rental items beyond normal use.

Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the scheduled pickup date. Late return fees may apply for items not returned on time.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.
